Reception opening hours: Weekdays 10:00-17:00, Saturdays and Sundays 10:00-17:00 If you plan to arrive outside of the opening hours, please give us a call and we will provide instructions on how to access your keys through the combination lock and reach your room.

Withdrawal procedures and other conditions

  • Check-in begins at 15:00 and check-out is until 12:00.
  • If you cancel your reservation more than 3 days before your arrival date, your credit card will not be charged. If you cancel your reservation after this time, you will be charged 100% of the first night’s rate.
  • In the event of a no-show, your credit card will be charged for the full amount of your booking.
  • Different policies and rates may apply when booking more than 3 rooms.
